Packing up after meetings

We currently have very little support to packup at the end of race meetings, remember the track is closed at the end of meetings until all equipment is completely packed away, we require more help to pack up the equipment effeciently at the end of race meetings rather than leaving it all to Chris and the same few regular helpers each week.
