Nominations and remits close with the Secretary at 5pm Monday 6th November 2006.

NOTE:
1.Nominations for Election of Officers close with the Club Secretary, at the indicated address at 5pm, Monday 6th November 2006. No nominations will be accepted after this time and nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
2.Remits for consideration close with the Club Secretary, at the indicated address at 5pm, Monday 6th November 2006. No remits will be accepted after this time.
3.Only persons who are financial members of the Club as at 5pm Monday 6th November may nominate officers for election, submit remits for consideration or exercise a vote at this Annual General Meeting.
4.It is the opinion of the current Committee that the size of the Committee could be reduced to five (5) members including the President and Secretary.
