Class & Rule changes
OFF-ROAD CLASSES ARE DROPPED
With small numbers racing, and the various Off-road clubs around Auckland we will not be supporting the Off-Road classes any longer. We hope to focus our club back to On-Road racing.
TOURING STOCK 21.5T
Now using a spec motor, the Reds 21.5T Spec motor, no boost & blinky mode.
PRO12
Pro & Pro-Am classes will race together. Pro-Am will have a motor limit.
- Rules coming from Colin Story before the end of the year.
TAMIYA GT
Pro & Pro-Am classes. Pro class will have spec tyres.
- Rules coming from Michael van der Haas before the end of the year.
ALL COMERS
Only for cars that do not have a class. Needs good numbers to run.
POTENTIAL NEW CLASS
A 1/10th Mini 4WD Touring car class will be added. This must meet 5 minimum cars to be run at a meeting (or else can enter All Comers)
Racing Format
MINIMUM NUMBERS
Touring Modified, Pro10 & Mini will need a minimum number of 5 entries to run at a meeting.
STARTING GRID
All races will have a grid start, other than Tamiya GT
